All you need to know is contained in the Riders Brief – please take the time to read it through so you are well prepared before you head to Toowoomba, details here on bike and bus transfers, nutrition, what to pack and more. Naturally, if there is a question that hasn’t been answered be sure to get in contact.
More information will be provided in the next few weeks around the pace of the ride and a thorough explanation as to how the groups on the day are comprised. You will need to be able to provide screen shots of Strava or other apps to show you have completed sufficient training rides over distance and climbing in order to be adequately prepared for the ride yourself and the safety of other cyclists.
Ok so we all know we need to get ourselves prepared for the ride, some more so than others; on this page we will regularly drop useful information that may assist you in preparing for the TOOMOO 220.
